Please note: PlayPulse Courts is an independent booking
platform that connects you with independently owned and operated
sports complexes ("Tenants"). We are not a party to your booking and
do not control any Tenant's premises, staff, equipment, or conduct —
we accept no liability for the acts or omissions of a Tenant, or of
another customer. Submitting a complaint here does not constitute an
admission of liability by PlayPulse Courts; our team reviews and, where
appropriate, forwards it to the relevant complex to help resolve the
matter. See our full
Terms & Disclaimer
for details.
