PlayPulse Courts (the "Platform") is an independent technology platform, operated by Eventus Middle East SARL, that enables registered users ("Clients") to discover, reserve, and pay for court time and related services offered by independently owned and operated sports facilities that list themselves on the Platform ("Complexes" or "Tenants"). The Platform is an intermediary between Clients and Complexes — it is not itself a sports facility, and it does not organize, host, referee, or supervise any activity that takes place at a Complex.
Each Complex is an independent business, solely responsible for its own premises, courts, equipment, staff, coaches, scheduling, pricing, safety standards, insurance, and the conduct of its own personnel. No Complex is an employee, agent, franchisee, partner, or joint venturer of PlayPulse Courts or Eventus Middle East SARL, and nothing on the Platform should be understood to create such a relationship. Likewise, each Client is solely responsible for their own conduct, and the conduct of any guest they bring, while on a Complex's premises or otherwise engaging with a Complex or another Client through a booking made on the Platform.
The Platform facilitates the connection and the booking transaction between a Client and a Complex, but is not a party to the arrangement that results from it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlayPulse Courts and Eventus Middle East SARL accept no liability or responsibility for any act, omission, misrepresentation, personal injury, property damage, misconduct, service failure, or breach of any kind — whether arising between a Client and a Complex, or between one Client and another — occurring on a Complex's premises or otherwise in connection with a booking made through the Platform. This includes, without limitation, disputes over the quality, availability, or condition of a court or facility; disputes over pricing, refunds, or cancellations set by a Complex; and any injury, loss, or damage arising from the conduct of a Complex's staff, another Client, or any third party.
The Platform provides a complaint form as a courtesy channel for Clients to report an issue, optionally in connection with a specific Complex or booking. A complaint submitted through the Platform is reviewed by PlayPulse Courts and, where appropriate, shared with the relevant Complex for its awareness and response. Submitting, reviewing, or forwarding a complaint does not constitute an admission of liability by PlayPulse Courts or Eventus Middle East SARL, and does not constitute an undertaking by either to investigate, mediate, adjudicate, or guarantee the resolution of the underlying matter between the parties involved. A Client seeking a specific remedy (a refund, compensation, or similar) for an issue caused by a Complex should raise it directly with that Complex, in addition to notifying the Platform.
Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, restricted, or modified.
